本產(chǎn)品是近年來(lái)我公司應(yīng)廣大用戶的需求，進(jìn)行開發(fā)研制的新型軋蓋機(jī)，該軋蓋機(jī)可以軋多種瓶型：西林瓶口服液瓶輸液瓶小玻璃瓶塑料瓶軋蓋等均可采用此設(shè)備進(jìn)行封口，小型多功能軋蓋機(jī)具有體積小，重量輕，操作簡(jiǎn)易，攜帶方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，選取國(guó)外的電器驅(qū)動(dòng)元件，有過(guò)載保護(hù)裝置，工作時(shí)安全可靠，能廣泛用于制藥、食品、研發(fā)，科學(xué)教育等領(lǐng)域。

小型多功能軋蓋機(jī)操作方法：

1、把灌好物料并裝上蓋子的瓶子放到下托盤上，操縱者一手扶住瓶子，另一手將手柄往下拉緊，這時(shí)軋蓋頭向托盤壓緊，直到瓶蓋與軋蓋頭壓緊。

2、當(dāng)瓶蓋與軋蓋頭壓緊后，不停地旋轉(zhuǎn)的軋蓋刀頭旋轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)圈后，將瓶蓋軋緊。

3、將手柄歸位，軋蓋頭回歸原位，使軋好蓋的蓋子跟著托盤回到原位，整個(gè)操縱過(guò)程完成，以后每軋一個(gè)瓶蓋時(shí)重復(fù)以上的操縱即可。

1、在瓶子放在托盤準(zhǔn)備軋蓋時(shí)，手不要觸摸軋刀片以免劃傷

2、軋蓋時(shí)防止用力過(guò)大，容易把蓋子軋偏

3、軋蓋機(jī)工作時(shí)請(qǐng)勿打開機(jī)身頂蓋，以免觸電

Multi functional small capping machine operation method:

In 1, the fill material and mounted on the lid of the bottle to the lower tray, manipulate a hold the bottle, the other hand will handle down tight, then capping to tray pressing, until the bottle cap and the capping presses.

In 2, when the cap and capping after pressing, constantly rotating cover rolling cutter head rotation after a few laps, the bottle cap can be tightly rolling.
