電動旋蓋機由旋蓋槍體、旋蓋頭、多檔變壓器三部分組成，便于隨身攜帶。工作時，旋蓋頭罩在瓶蓋上方，旋蓋頭與旋蓋槍體相連，按動開關(guān)，旋蓋頭旋轉(zhuǎn)，稍向下用力，0.3-0.5秒鐘即可將瓶蓋旋緊，一旦瓶蓋旋緊，卡頭即自動停止旋轉(zhuǎn)，表明您可進行下一個瓶蓋的操作。

手動旋蓋機由旋蓋槍體、旋蓋頭、多檔變壓器三部分組成，便于隨身攜帶。工作時，旋蓋頭罩在瓶蓋上方，旋蓋頭與旋蓋槍體相連，按動開關(guān)，旋蓋頭旋轉(zhuǎn)，稍向下用力，0.3-0.5秒鐘即可將瓶蓋旋緊，一旦瓶蓋旋緊，卡頭即自動停止旋轉(zhuǎn)，表明您可進行下一個瓶蓋的操作。旋蓋的松緊可調(diào)節(jié)旋蓋槍體上的扭矩調(diào)節(jié)螺母實現(xiàn)，其可調(diào)的離合器可有效地避免瓶蓋的損壞，并減少內(nèi)塞的磨損。由于扭矩恒定旋蓋的松緊都是*的，從而保證了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。旋蓋槍適應(yīng)性強，φ10mm-50mm瓶蓋均能適用，氣霧劑、風(fēng)油精等異形蓋同樣適用，效果很好。另有 RG-I型手持式氣動旋蓋機， RG-100型自動旋蓋機供選擇。
