Seal Tester

Product purpose: MFY-1 seal tester is applicable to the seal test for the packing bag, bottle, pipe, jar and box in the field of the food, pharmacy, medical apparatus and instruments, daily chemical, auto, electronic components, and stationery. In addition, it could test the seal performance of the test piece after the fall and pressure test.

5.The PVC operation panel with pressure pointer display is real-time and accurate, which is easier for user to check the pressure value.

Test rationale

Vacuumize the vacuum chamber, such that the test piece dipped in the water could generate differential pressure inside and outside, observe the escape of the air within the test piece, so as to determine the seal performance of the test piece. Vacuumize the vacuum chamber, such that the test piece could generate differential pressure inside and outside, observe the swell of the test piece and the shape recovery of the test piece after releasing the vacuum, so as to determine the seal performance of the test piece.
