COMPANY HISTORY AND PURPOSES

The company was founded in 1974 with the specific main aim of providing to the market a total technical service, highly qualified in the hydraulic field and not only of selling its products. During the over 30 years of activity, the firm has quickly grown up, both in personnel volume and in social form, starting from General Partnership, changing into Limited Company and becoming the actual Joint-stock Company. Since its institution, the company has continuously invested its profits for the research of new applications, in order to fully satisfy all customer requirements and needs, by customizing each project.

Each problem submitted by a customer is always analyzed with the maximum precision and accuracy without overlooking any aspect and compley supported by the most advanced automation systems. From the designing with CAD 2D 3D systems to the machining on CNC centres, the job is carried out with vanguard technical solutions and the utmost care and precision without overlooking the important economical aspect.

Great importance is given to the consultation with the customer, who is granted a complete co-operation during project and a total and specialized after-sale assistance. A further warranty on the services and on the production is given by the CONFORMITY CERTIFICATION of our quality system as per UNI EN ISO 9001. The certificate was released by DNV (DET NORSKE VERITAS ITALIA) on 01/03/1998 with number CERT-02665-98-AQ-MIL-SINCERT and updated to Vision 2000 on 27/10/2004.

COMPANY ORGANIZATION

From the date of its foundation, the firm has quickly grown up and nowadays figures among the leader companies in the field. The remarkable growth has soon led to move to a new shop with new commercial, administrative and technical offices with an area of 8000 sq.m., 3800 sq.m. of which are covered. The clerical staff represents 40% of the total personnel and is duly divided into administration, accounting, import-export and technical departments. The work-hand staff is divided into: assembly, wiring, testing, expediting departments, CNC centres.
Our products are distributed, besides Italy, directly abroad, mostly within Europe, South and North America, Middle and Far East and Russia. The Italian cliene represents the 75% of the production capacity, of which the 50% is further exported through our Italian customers. The direct export market covers the 25% of the total production.

PRODUCT RESOURCES

The companys commitment to keep on improving the quality of its products, granting a competitive price, and the increasingly stringent requirements of the market have made our organization decide to equip each department with the most advanced systems. Justified by the continuous and more sophisticated requirements, wide space and resources are dedicated to the instruction and refresh of personnel, this to ensure professionalism and competence for which we are well known. Design is totally executed on CAD stations using 2D and 3D dedicated software. The production methods are based on CNC centres with tool store and traditional precision machine tools. The complete managing system is controlled in accordance with ISO 9001 rules in self-control and self-certification condition, furthermore each product is subject to various tests in our testing department, assuring its perfect operation. Moreover, all administrative procedures as well as stock management are compley automatized with IBM systems.
