功能特點(diǎn)：
整機(jī)采用卡瓶頸懸掛運(yùn)行工態(tài)設(shè)計，采用新一代不銹鋼翻轉(zhuǎn)式瓶夾，采用磁力扭矩式擰蓋頭，PET瓶裝醬油醋灌裝線采用灌裝閥升降，能滿足95度以下熱灌裝技術(shù)要求。整機(jī)采用人機(jī)界面觸摸屏按鈕、PLC電腦控制、設(shè)有缺蓋、過載保護(hù)報警裝置。

PET bottled soy sauce vinegar filling line is used for hot filling production of soy sauce vinegar, tea, fruit juice and other products. This machine integrates flushing, filling and capping. It has a scientific and reasonable design and easy operation. It is the first production equipment for hot filling beverages.
Features:
The machine adopts the card bottleneck suspension operating mode design, uses a new generation of stainless steel flip bottle clamps, uses magnetic torque caps, and the PET bottle soy sauce vinegar filling line uses a filling valve to lift and lower, which can meet the hot filling technical requirements below 95 degrees . The whole machine adopts human-machine interface touch screen buttons, PLC computer control, and is equipped with a cover missing and overload protection alarm device.
